Hi, I’m Monica
I spent years struggling with food, exercise, health, & my hormones.
There was a time when I never felt comfortable in my own skin & sticking to a workout plan felt impossible.
Years of restriction and quick fixes only made things worse — leaving me frustrated, exhausted, & convinced something was wrong with me.
Everything changed when I was diagnosed with cancer at 20. It forced me to re-evaluate my relationship with food and movement, and shift from punishment & control to nourishment & care.
That mindset shift marked a turning point in my health, but it wasn’t a straight line.
I later struggled with bloating, poor digestion, PMS, weight gain, & persistent low energy.
I had to unlearn a lot of what I thought it meant to be “healthy.”
I discovered a deeply holistic approach to rebuild my energy & feel like ME again — embracing the 5 pillars I now teach women: nutrition, movement, circadian rhythm, hormone balance, & nervous system regulation.
I realized how confusing and overwhelming this process can feel when you’re doing it alone.
That’s what led me here, helping other women who feel stuck, tired, & disconnected from their bodies finally feel strong, energized, & at peace again.
I’m here to take the guesswork out & work with you to make fat loss, energy, & resilience feel simple and sustainable — through an approach rooted in awareness, nourishment, & compassion.
