Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis uses a small hair sample to measure mineral levels and ratios that can reflect how your body regulates stress, metabolism, energy, detoxification, & digestion.

By understanding how these patterns influence energy, body composition, hormone balance, & recovery, we can design a more effective plan tailored to your body’s unique needs.
